How these recipes are made

I run MakeFoodLovely from Altdorf in Switzerland. We do not invent recipes here — we take dishes people love from restaurants and brands, work out what is actually in them, and write them up so they can be followed in a home kitchen.

Where a recipe recreates a dish sold by a restaurant or brand, it is our own reconstruction. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the companies whose dishes we write about, and their names are used only to describe what the recipe is based on.
