A passionate and trusted voice, Nichola Ludlam-Raine (BSc hons, PG Dip, MSc) is a specialist Registered Dietitian with over fifteen years of clinical experience working for the NHS as well as privately.
With a first-class degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Loughborough University and a post graduate diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics from Leeds, Nichola qualified as a dietitian in 2009. Whilst working as a dietitian she also completed her MSc in Health Science in 2011 and is an author in the Journal of Human Nutrition & Dietetics.
Nichola passionately believes that all foods should be eaten in moderation as part of a healthy, balanced diet and that variety is the spice of life.
